SYDNEY, Aug 26 AAP - Johnny Cash refuses to go down in a burning ring of fire, maintaininghis grip on the number one spot on the country album chart this week.

The top six has not changed from last week as Australian country music fans go forestablished artists.

Australian balladeer Graeme Connors enters the top ten at number seven with his newalbum This Is Life.

And Adam Harvey and Garth Brooks have both re-entered the top ten after absences.
